HAPPY NEW YEARS Y'ALL! I HAVE THE GREATEST FEELING ABOUT THIS YEAR. SO I ENTERED THE YEAR CHILL JUST BECAUSE I KNOW IT'S GOING TO BE LIT THIS YEAR! I FEEL MORE MOTIVATED AND CONFIDENT THAN EVER BEFORE. I HAVE BECOME MORE FEARLESS AND HAPPY. IT'S LIKE I WAS REBORN AND NOT BECAUSE OF THE NEW YEARS. 
WELL, IT'S STILL THE FIRST MONTH AND SOMETIMES WE CAN FEEL LIKE OK I'M STARTING ON MY NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS AND
 LET'S BE REAL WE DON'T ALWAYS FOLLOW THROUGH WITH IT. 



IT AIN'T EASY BUT I WANTED TO SHARE HOW I STAY MOTIVATED AND SOME THINGS YOU CAN DO. LAST YEAR I DIDN'T HAVE LIKE ORGANIZED GOALS I WAS PRETTY MUCH IN LA LA LAND (NO NOT THE MOVIE OR LA ALTHOUGH I WAS GOING TO LOS ANGLES A LOT) I LOVE LA! #BORNINLA SO YA I WAS IN MY OWN LITTLE WORLD TOO MUCH BUT ALSO I DIDNT GIVE UP.

JUST KNOW DON'T GIVE UP BECAUSE ONE YOU DON'T SEE RESULTS AS FAST AS YOU WANT OR YOU THINK YOUR DREAMS/GOALS FOR THE YEAR WON'T COME TRUE.

IT'S 2018 A NEW YEAR, NEW OPPORTUNITIES, EVERY DAY.

BEFORE THIS YEAR I WOULD WISH FOR OK MIGHT SOUND SILLY BUT TO BE ABLE TO HAVE A BOYFRIEND TO BE ABLE TO GO OUT DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY AND GET KISSED AS THE NEW YEARS COMES TO LIFE BUT OF COURSE IT DIDN'T HAPPEN BUT THIS LAST DECEMBER I COULD CARE LESS I MEAN YA IT'S A DREAM OF MINE BUT I REALLY WAS SO HAPPY WHERE I WAS AT. I SPENT MY NEW YEARS WITH YODA AND MY SISTERS PUGS TUBBY AND CHEWIE AND I WAS SO HAPPY. THEY GOT ME THROUGH SOME TOUGH TIMES IN 2017 AND I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER THAT I SPENT IT WITH THEIR LOVE AND WARMTH. LITERALLY, I WAS WARM NOT JUST SOULFULLY BY PHYSICALLY TOO---- THREE PUGS IN ONE BED I WAS WARM. I GOT THE FLU HARD THE NEXT COUPLE DAYS BUT I RECOVERED SO FAST BECAUSE I WASN'T GOING TO LET NOTHING STOP ME THIS YEAR. I WAS SO PUMPED!
I'M ONLY HUMAN I HAVE DAYS WHERE I AM SO LAZY AND NOT MOTIVATED AND DON'T WANT TO ADULT YUP.
LAST YEAR I WAS WAY LESS MOTIVATED BUT MOTIVATED ENOUGH TO KEEP GOING.

I DO THE PUSH PIN BOARD BECAUSE I CAN ADD TO IT IF I WANT. PUT THE GOALS YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE THIS YEAR BUT MAKE THEM REALISTIC AS YOU CAN IMAGINE. OK NOW THAT YOU HAVE AN VISION OF YOUR GOALS. NOW IT'S TIME TO DECLUTTER AND GET ORGANIZED. I KNOW SOME PPL DON'T LIKE ORANGIZED BUT I AM NOT ONE OF THOSE PPL I CAN'T FOCUS WITH A MESSY ROOM/AREA. SO REMEMBER YOU SAID THAT YOU WOULD WEAR THAT ONE DRESS BUT NEVER DO. YA DECLUTTER STUFF YOU WON'T USE OR NEED. I DO THIS EVERY MONTH.I CAN'T STAND HAVING STUFF JUST LAYING AROUND WHEN I HAVE NO USE FOR IT. I USED TO ALWAYS SAY---OH I WILL DO A PROJECT WITH THIS HA DID I DO IT NO. DECLUTTERING AND BEING ORGANIZED HELP'S SO MUCH TO STAY MOTIVATED BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT WASTING YOUR TIME ON SHOULD I CLEAN IT OR SPENDING SO MUCH TIME ON NOT FOCUSING ON YOUR GOALS. SO IF YOU HAVE A LOT OF CLUTTER DO IT SECTION AT A TIME. THAT WAY HALF OF THE TIME YOUR DECLUTTERING AND THE OTHER WORKING ON YOUR DREAMS. ANOTHER WAY YOU CAN STAY MOTIVATED IS ADDING NEW DECOR IT DOESNT HAVE TO COST A LOT EITHER AND IF YOUR ON A BUDGET THERE IS SOME WAYS YOU CAN MAKE A ROOM LOOK NEW AND FRESH WITH SOME DIY'S. FOR EXAMPLE, YOU CAN BUY SOME NEW PILLOWS OR DIY SOME TO ADD A NEW LOOK. I'M IN THE PROCESS OF REDECORATING MY ROOM BECAUSE MY ROOM WAS KINDA OF LIKE BLAH SINCE I WAS GOING TO MOVE(THINGS DIDNT WORK OUT) I DIDN'T CARE MUCH BUT NOW THAT I HAVE MORE TIME TO SAVE UP FOR MY FUTURE PLACE I STILL WANT TO BE IN A ROOM WHERE I FEEL MOTIVATED. SO PICK A ROOM YOU ARE MOSTLY IN. SINCE I NO LONGER HAVE MY OFFICE I MOVED MY DESK INTO MY ROOM BUT I STILL WANTED TO FEEL MOTIVATED INSTEAD OF JUST GOING TO BED LIKE BLAH I WANT TO WAKE UP AND GO TO SLEEP FEELING INSPIRED AND MAN I HIT IT BECAUSE MY ROOM FEELS LIKE ME. I HONESTLY DIDN'T SPEND MUCH TO DECORATE TO MY STYLE. AS YOU CAN SEE THESE EMPTY FRAMES I WILL BE PUTTING MY FAVORITE QUOTES THAT INSPIRE ME. FRAMING SOME QUOTES OR ARTWORK CAN MOTIVATE YOU TO JUST KEEP GOING. I WILL BE POSTING MY FINISHED ROOM LATER ON. I'M NOT FINISHED YET NEED A NEW BED AND GOING TO PAINT MY ROOM EVEN THOUGH I LOVE RED I DON'T LIKE IT FOR MY ROOM. MAKING LISTS
ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS TO MAKING ME STAY MOTIVATED IS MAKING DAILY LISTS. I'M ONE TO WRITE ON PAPER AND NOTING IT ON MY PHONE THE THINGS I NEED TO DO FOR THE DAY. TO SEE ME CHECK OFF THAT TASK IS SO REWARDING. I SAY DO A DAILY LIST BECAUSE YOUR MORE LIKELY TO FINISH STUFF WHEN YOU ACTUALLY KNOW AND SEE WHAT YOU NEED TO DO INSTEAD OF LIKE BEING AT THE END OF THE NIGHT "I KNOW I HAD TO DO SOMETHING IMPORTANT TODAY BUT I CAN'T REMEMBER". MAYBE YOUR SO BUSY YOU CAN'T WRITE IT DOWN WELL SET A REMINDERS LIST OF YOUR PHONE. I DO IT ALL THE TIME ASKING SIRI TO SET A REMINDER. WHAT I LIKE TO ABOUT MY REMINDERS IS THAT I CAN SET IT ON HOW IMPORTANT MY REMINDER IS. LISTS MOTIVATE ME BECAUSE IM ACTUALLY GETTING STUFF DONE INSTEAD OF GUESSING WHAT I HAD TO DO AND WASTING TIME AND GETTING DISTRACTED BY SOCIAL MEDIA FOR HOURS LOL IT HAPPENS. SO LIKE THEY SAY IN THE CHRISTMAS SONGS WITH SANTA HE'S MAKING A LIST AND CHECKING IT TWICE WELL YA MAKE A LIST AND JUST CHECK OFF.

OK MAYBE NOT BUYING A WHOLE NEW WARDROBE IS IDEAL BUT BUYING SOME NEW CLOTHES OR EVEN A FEW PIECES CAN MOTIVATE YOU TO FEEL GOOD LOOKING GOOD. FOR ME FASHION MOTIVATES ME. I CAN BUY A DRESS AND FEEL SO YASSS QUEEN YOU GOT THIS KINDA WAY. GETTING SOMETHING NEW CAN MOTIVATE YOU TO ACTUALLY WANT TO GET OUT OF BED AND GET DRESSED AND READY TO GO GET THEM DREAMS HONEY OK. YOU DON'T HAVE TO EVEN BUY IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING YOU HAVEN'T WORN AND DIDN'T GIVE AWAY WELL THEN IN THAT MOMENT SET UP AN OUTFIT WITH THOSE PIECES SO YOU KNOW YOU'RE GOING TO WEAR IT. SAME GOES WITH GYM CLOTHES BECAUSE I KNOW FOR A FACT WE ALL WANT TO BE HEALTHY AND WORKOUT FOR THAT SUMMER BODY OK MAYBE JUST ME BUT HAVING YOUR GYM CLOTHES OUT AND IN FRONT OF YOU MOTIVATES YOU TO ACTUALLY WEARING IT TO WORKOUT EVEN IF IT MEANS WALKING AROUND TARGET FOR 2 HOURS LOL HEY AT LEAST YOUR WALKING AND BEING ACTIVE. ALSO FOR THOSE TRYING TO LOST WEIGHT A GOOD MOTIVATOR IS WALKING AROUND YOUR LOCAL MALL A COUPLE TIMES IN THE MORNING BEFORE THEY OPEN. IT'S GREAT BECAUSE ITS FREE WELL IDK ABOUT LA LOL BUT WHERE IM AT IT IS BUT ALSO BECAUSE THEN YOU SEE THE STORE WINDOWS AND MAYBE SEE SOMETHING CUTE YOU LIKE---"OK I GOT TO STAY FOCUSED TO LOSING WEIGHT BECAUSE I WANT TO LOOK MY BEST IN THAT". ALSO IF YOU'RE TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT JUST KNOW IT TAKES TIME BUT HAVE SOMETHING TO FOCUS ON. HECK YA I WANT TO WEAR THAT SEXY UNDERWEAR AND BRA FROM VICTORIA SECRET WITH A FLAT STOMACH. IM NOT SAYING THAT BECAUSE MODELS HAVE FLAT STOMACHS IM SAYING THAT BECAUSE I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED A FLAT STOMACH BUT I NEVER WORKED HARD ENOUGH FOR IT BUT OH I WILL THIS YEAR NO EXCUSES BUT HEY IM NOT QUITTING ALL MY SWEETS I AIN'T CRAZY BUT I WILL WORK HARD.

YES, LIKE ORANGE IT HAS A VERY UPLIFTING SCENT THAT JUST WAKES YOU UP. IT BOOSTS YOUR ENERGY. ORANGE AND LEMON IS ACTUALLY MY FAVORITE AROMAS IN THE WORLD. SOME SCENTS CAN RELAX YOU, IF YOU HAVE BEEN WORKING SO HARD ITS GOOD TO RELAX AND THIS LOTION FROM BATH AND BODY WORKS IS MY GO-TO WHEN I WANT TO RELAX. EXCUSE THE PEELING YOU CAN SEE I USE IT A LOT. I ACTUALLY BOUGHT THIS SPRAY FROM HOMEGOOD'S AND IT'S ACTUALLY ESSENTIAL OILS AND I LOVE IT. I SPRAY IT IN MY ROOM WHEN I WAKE UP TO LIFT MY ENERGY AND YES IT WORKS. I MENTIONED THIS BRIEFLY EARLIER BUT SETTING SOME REALISTIC GOALS IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT GOING TO FAR OFF THAT YOU LOSE HOPE THAT YOU WON'T ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS. FOR EXAMPLE, I WANT MY FLAT STOMACH BUT I LOVE SWEETS I CANT SAY I WILL LOSS MY STOMACH IN A MONTH AND CUT OUT ALL SUGARS FOR ME THATS NOT REALISTIC LIKE YA I WILL BE EATING HEALTHIER AND NOT EATING SO MANY SWEETS AND I CAN WORK HARD AT IT BUT WHY STRESS MYSELF OUT THAT I STOP AND JUST STRESS EAT ALL THE SWEETS I JUST LOST. INSTEAD, I CAN SAY OK DETOX, THEN ENJOY SWEETS TIME TO TIME AND DO MORE WORKOUTS FOR A TIME PERIOD OF THREE MONTHS THEN SET NEW WORKOUT GOALS. JUST KNOW I'M TELLING YOU THAT YOU CAN DO ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TOO JUST DONT STRESS YOURSELF OUT ENJOY YOUR PROCESS.

FOCUS ON WHATS IN FRONT OF YOU AND ACCEPT HOW IT IS AND MOVE FORWARD BUT ALSO IF YOU DONT LIKE WHERE YOUR AT LET IT MOTIVATE YOU TO WORK TOWARDS IT BUT LIVE IN THE NOW BECAUSE IT'S ALL YOU GOT ITS THE NOW THAT YOU ARE IN CONTROL OF. WHEN YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THE NOW YOU BECOME MORE FEARLESS AND EXCITED. MAYBE YOU'RE NOT A WORKING OUT KINDA OF PERSON, LIKE GOING TO THE GYM BUT BY SIMPLY JUST GOING WALKING CAN HELP CLEAR YOUR MIND FROM NEGATIVE THINGS OR EVEN THINK THINGS THROUGH. WHEN YOU WALK YOUR CIRCULATING YOUR BLOOD AND TAKING DEEP BREATHES WHICH HELPS YOU RELAX AND BE IN THE NOW. IT MAKES YOU FOCUS ON WHATS AROUND YOU AND WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IN THAT MOMENT INSTEAD OF STRESSING YOURSELF OUT IN YOUR HEAD. THOUGHTS CAN DO THAT WHICH CAN UNMOTIVATE YOU BECAUSE YOUR THOUGHTS TRY TO PUMP YOU UP OR MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE WHOA YOUR DREAMS ARE NOT GOING TO COME TRUE THAT WHAT WERE YOU THINKING ABOUT KIND OF THING. I'VE MENTIONED IT BEFORE I LOVE ADVENTURE AND I ALSO LOVE BEING A HOMEBODY AND LAST YEAR I DIDNT GO OUT AS MUCH(I DID TRAVEL) BUT GO OUT TO THE CITY OR SOMETHING WELL BECAUSE SUPER TIGHT BUDGET AND ALSO BECAUSE I DONT OWN A CAR AND NOT HAVING A CAR TO ME HELD ME BACK A LOT. SO IF YOU HAVE A CAR BE GRATEFUL BECAUSE I WOULD DO ANYTHING TO BE IN YOUR SHOES AND HAVE ONE YUP BILLS AND ALL LUCKILY MY MOM HELPS ME AND SHARES HER CAR WITH ME BUT IM ONE TO NOT DEPEND ON SOMEONE ELSE THATS JUST INDEPENDENT ME. SO, IF YOU'RE THINKING WELL HOW DOES GOING OUT MOTIVATE ME WELL BY GOING OUT AND GETTING SOME AIR OR LOOKING AT OTHER THINGS HELPS YOU TO GET OUT OF YOUR MIND AND ADMIRE WHATS AROUND YOU. I LOVE GOING TO NATURE IT MOTIVATES ME TO KEEP GOING. YOU CAN EVEN GO TO A LOCAL COFFEE SHOP OR STORE AND JUST WELL LIVE. I LOVE GOING OUT ESPECIALLY TRAVELING. TO ME TIME FADES WHEN I TRAVEL WELL ONLY THE INBETWEEN BECAUSE I DONT WANT TO MISS MY FLIGHT OR SOMETHING LOL. SO GO OUT NOW AND IF YOU DONT HAVE A CAR, GO SOMEWHERE NEAR YOU---- WALKING DISTANCE OR GET LYFT/UBER.







DOING YOUR BED
 YOUR PROBABLY LIKE WHAT DOES DOING DOING MY BED HAVE TO DO WITH STAYING MOTIVATED WELL A LOT. BY DOING YOUR BED YOU'RE LIKELY TO GET OUT OF BED AND GET YOUR DAY STARTED SEEING THAT YOUR BED AT LEAST FOR MYSELF IS SET I DONT WANT TO GET IN IT EVEN THOUGH SOMETIMES I DO BUT SEEING IT NEAT I DONT WANT TO MESS IT UP HAHAHA. WHEN YOUR BEDS NOT READY YOU GET COMFORTABLE AND LAZY TO DO STUFF.SO JUST GET UP AND DO YOUR BED.
