SO I WANTED TO TALK ABOUT SKINCARE. SKINCARE IS VERY IMPORTANT BECAUSE IT MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN YOUR SKIN AND MAKEUP. I HAVE BEEN RESEARCHING SKINCARE MORE THIS YEAR BECAUSE MY SKIN HAS BEEN AT AN ALL TIME LOW AND MY CONFIDENCE WENT DOWN. I LOVE MAKEUP AND SEEING PIMPLES ALL AROUND MY FACE MADE ME FEEL UGLY. I KNOW WE SHOUDLN'T BE ALL ABOUT LOOKS BUT WHEN YOU LOOK AT YOURSELF EVERYDAY IT BUMS YOU OUT AND REMINDS YOU OF THE WRONG YOUR DOING. AT LEAST THATS WHAT I FELT ESPICALLY SINCE I'VE ALWAYS TAKEN CARE OF MY SKIN AND WHAT I ATE. SO SKINCARE CAN GET OVERWHELMING IT WAS FOR ME A LITTLE WHEN I STARTED READING MORE ABOUT IT! I LOVE SKINCARE! SO HERE ARE SOME FACTS I LEARNED AND A LITTLE OF MY SKINCARE STORY AND HOW MY SKIN IS CLEARING UP AND IT MAKES ME SUPER HAPPY! 

MY SKINCARE STORY:
I'VE ALWAYS USED NATURAL PRODUCTS ON MY SKIN (MASKS,EXFOLIATOR) AND AND BEFORE I DISCOVERED COCONUT OIL I USED MAKEUP WIPES AND CREAMS. I STILL USE COCONUT OIL FROM TIME TO TIME BUT I'M OPENING UP TO OTHER PRODUCTS. I LOVE TRYING OUT NEW PRODUCTS. I'M A PRODUCT LOVER! AT THE MOMENT I CAN'T AFFORD A LOT BUT ONE DAY I'LL HAVE MY BATHROOM FILLED WITH STUFF TO TRY OUT #GOALS. SO OVER-ALL MY SKIN WAS REALLY GOOD BEFORE LAST SUMMER WITH MAINLY ONE HUGE PIMPLE EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE. I HAVE COMBINATION SKIN. YEARS AGO I USED TO NOT TAKE OFF MY MAKEUP WHICH IS NOT A VERY GOOD IDEA HAHAHA DARK CIRCLES/WRINKLES BUT THANKS TO SOME THINGS I'VE BEEN DOING WITH SKINCARE AND DIET IT HAS GONE DOWN SO MUCH.
SO LAST SUMMER I GOT OFF BIRTH CONTROL PILLS TO DETOX MY BODY FROM MEDICATION AND OTHER REASONS HAHAHA IT SUCKED WHEN PERIODS CAME BECAUSE THAT WAS MY MAIN REASON BEING ON THE PILL. WHEN I WAS ON BIRTH CONTROL IT HELPED WITH MANY THINGS AND GETTING OFF OF IT MY BODY AND SKIN FREAKED OUT. SO THAT CAUSED ME TO STRESS A LOT BOY WAS I GOING THROUGH A LOT OF CHANGES. I COULDN'T EVEN LOOK AT MYSELF. I FELT LIKE EVERYONE WAS LOOKING AT ME. I FELT UGLY REALLY! THEN I FINALLY SAID OK NO YOU ARE NOT THAT PERSON TO LET THIS CONSUME YOU LET'S TAKE ACTION. SO ACTION I DID AND I TRIED A LOT OF THINGS BUT WHAT I LEARNED FROM THAT IS YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT SLOW AND DON'T TRY SO MANY THINGS EVEN IF YOU DO NATURAL THINGS.YOU HAVE TO LET YOUR SKIN PROCESS AND BREATHE. 

IT TAKES TIME. KNOW THAT IT'S NOT GOING TO CHANGE OVERNIGHT BUT TO NOT GIVE UP ON YOUR SKIN. WHEN I TRIED ALL THESE METHODS BECAUSE I WAS FREAKING OUT THAT I DIDN'T LIKE SEEING ALL THIS ACNE ON MY FACE. I DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO PUT MAKEUP ON MY FACE AND FOR A PERIOD I DIDN'T TO NOT CLOG IT SOME MORE. LET'S JUST SAY I STRESSED OUT A LOT. FOR THE MOST PART, I CAN GET MYSELF TOGETHER BUT I WAS GOING THROUGH A LOT OF CHANGES IN MY LIFE AND BODY. I WAS GOING THROUGH SOME HEALTH ISSUES AS WELL WHICH I STILL AM BUT SO MUCH BETTER THEN I WAS BEFORE. 

SO I RESEARCHED WHY I WAS GETTING ACNE IN THE SAME SPOTS AND I KNEW IT HAD TO DO WITH SOMETHING INSIDE OF ME MY ORGANS. THERE IS FACE CHARTS ON PINTEREST TO LET YOU KNOW WHY YOUR BREAKING OUT IN THAT AREA. SO ONCE I FOUND OUT WHAT ORGAN I NEEDED TO DETOX I STARTED EATING AND DRINKING JUICES AND DETOX WATER TO CLEANSE THEN I STARTED WORKING OUT AND THAT HELPED. I STARTED JUST WITH MAKEUP WIPES, CLEANSER, TONER AND THAT RETINOL PRODUCT I KEPT IT SIMPLE AND MY SKIN STARTED CLEARING FASTER. SO NOW I'M BACK TO ONE OR TWO PIMPLES AND MY ACNE SCARS ARE CLEARING OUT YAY!!! 


SO I WANTED TO SHARE MY STORY AND IF YOUR GOING THROUGH SKIN CHANGES OR BREAKOUTS JUST KNOW IT WILL GET BETTER BUT GIVE YOURSELVES SOME TIME AND DO THINGS TO KEEP YOU ACTIVE AND NOT THINKING OF YOUR SKIN SO MUCH. IMAGINE YOUR SKIN LIKE HOW YOU WANT IT. DON'T BEAT YOURSELF UP ABOUT IT BECAUSE WHEN YOU GET OLDER YOUR BODY GOES THROUGH CHANGES US LADIES MORE THAN MEN. SERIOUSLY IF GUYS ONLY KNEW HOW MUCH WE GO THROUGH....WELL SOMEONE SHOULD TELL THEM THEN THEY WOULD RESPECT US MORE. I LEARNED A LOT FROM THE BOOK BOBBI BROWN MAKEUP MANUAL SO I CAN'T TAKE ALL THE CREDIT. THANK YOU BOBBI BROWN GREAT BOOK!!!! 
I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU OUT AND I KNOW THERE IS SO MUCH MORE INFORMATION ON SKINCARE BUT DIDN'T WANT TO MAKE THIS A BOOK LONG BUT A GREAT BOOK IS THE BOBBI BROWN ONE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! ALSO MOST OF THESE TIPS ETC ARE FROM MY EXPERIENCE.


 I KNOW LOOKS NASTY AND THE PHOTO DOESN'T SHOW HOW UGLY IT LOOKED IN PERSON AND THE ONE BELOW IS MAINLY ACNE SCARS AND LOOKS BETTER IN BETTER COMPARED TO THIS PHOTO BUT ONLY TWO PIMPLES, YOU CAN'T SEE IT MUCH BECAUSE OF THE SCARS BUT SO MUCH BETTER. ALSO I DIDN'T TAKE A PHOTO OF THE ACNE I HAD ON MY CHIN LITERALLY ALL OVER MY FACE.

IT DIDN'T STRESS ME OUT.ONE REASON I BROKE OUT WAS BECAUSE I WAS STRESSING ON HOW EXPENSIVE HEALTHY WAS AND HOW WAS I GOING TO KEEP EATING HEALTHY EVERYDAY AND BECAUSE I DIDN'T EAT SO HEALTHY OOPS.I DID MISS MY FRUITS & VEGGIES NO LIE BUT DON'T THINK I JUST EAT THAT NO, Y'ALL. WATER: IS SUPER IMPORTANT TOO. I DRINK MY WATER IN A GLASS CONTAINER OR GLASS WATER BOTTLE. IT'S BETTER BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO CHEMICALS TO DO THE PLASTIC WATER BOTTLES GOING INTO YOUR WATER WHICH I HAVE FOUND OUT THAT IF YOU LEAVE A PLASTIC WATER BOTTLE IN THE SUN THE CHEMICALS TO MAKE THAT BOTTLE WARM UP INTO YOUR WATER WHICH CAN CAUSE CANCER. NO NO NO..... WATER HELPS OUT FLUSH TOXINS AND KEEP SKIN CLEAR.
EIGHT TO TEN GLASSES A DAY NOT 8 IN AN HOUR THAT CAN KILL YOU!
ONE GLASS OF WATER FOR EVERY BEVERAGE THAT CONTAINS ALCOHOL OR CAFFEINE.

EXCERCISE: OK YOU CAN EAT GOOD BUT IF YOUR NOT WORKING OUT YOUR NOT LETTING THE FOODS/VITAMINS PROCESS GOOD. I ENJOY WORKING OUT DO I LOVE IT NO BUT I DO ENJOY RUNNING AND I LOVE YOGA AND DANCING. SO TRY SOMETHING YOU LOVE. EXERCISING EVEN IF IT WAS WALKING AROUND THE BLOCK HELPED MY SKIN SO MUCH AND IT CLEARED MY HEAD GOT ME TO NOT THINK OF MY BREAKOUTS. YOUR LETTING THE BLOOD RUN BETTER WHICH GIVES YOU MORE OXYGEN IN YOUR BLOOD WHICH MAKES YOUR SKIN NICER. EXERCISE AT LEAST THREE TIMES A DAY FOR AT LEAST 30 MINS. I DO DANCING BECAUSE IT'S FUN DOESN'T FEEL LIKE I'M WORKOUT OUT AND I DO MORE THAN AN HOUR BUT I HAVE BEEN DANCING SINCE I WAS LITTLE SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO A LOT LIKE ME.

SLEEP: I KNOW I TALKED ABOUT EXCERCISE AND WHEN YOU DO THAT IT CLEARS YOUR HEAD AND YOUR LESS STRESSED AND FOR ME IT HELPS A LOT WHEN IT COMES TIME TO GO TO SLEEP. SLEEPING IS GOOD FOR YOUR SKIN. THE NIGHT TIME IS WHEN YOUR SKIN GOES TO TURBO RECOVERY MODE. WHEN YOU SLEEP YOU GIVE YOUR BODY'S CELLS TIME TO RECOVER AND REGENERATE. IF YOU SAW ABOVE THR NIGHT TIME SKIN PREP HAS A LONGER LIST FOR THIS REASON BECAUSE OF TURBO RECOVERY MODE. STRESS: STRESS WAS THE ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS OTHER THAN MY HEALTH FOR ME BREAKING OUT. OMGOSH STRESS SUCKS AND IT SPEEDS UP YOUR YEARS. SO DOING THE THINGS ABOVE EATING BETTER, DRINKING MORE WATER, EXERCISING AND SLEEPING HELPED ME NOT STRESS SO MUCH AND THAT HELPS A LOT WITH YOUR SKIN. SO RELAX! HEY FOR REALS THOUGH IT'S GOING TO BE OK. DON'T FOCUS ON THE NEGATIVE BUT ON THE GOOD!

SUN: TOO MUCH SUN CAN CAUSE PREMATURE AGING, WRINKLES, LOSS OF ELASTICITY AND HYPERPIGMENTATION. SO ALWAYS PUT SUNSCREEN EVEN THOUGH YOU GO OUTSIDE FOR A LITTLE.

SMOKING: IS NOT GOOD IN GENERAL. I HAVE ASTHMA AND CAN'T STAND THE SMELL OF CIGARETTES AND TO BE HONEST OF MARIJUANA AND SOMETIMES BONFIRE SMOKE BOTHERS BE TOO AND I LIKE THAT SMELL BECAUSE I LOVE CAMPING BUT THAT'S JUST ME. SMOKING CAUSES THE SKIN TO AGE PREMATURELY.

* GET A FACIAL! 

* MASKS HELP A LOT WITH YOUR SKIN. I LOVE MASKS LIKE OMGOSH LOVE! IT HAS HELPED ME WITH NOT HAVING BUMPS FROM MY ACNE BECAUSE I BROKE THE RULE OF POPPING MY PIMPLES I KNOW NASTY BUT I WANTED THEM GONE. THANK GOD IT DIDN'T LEAVE INDENTATIONS AND ONLY ACNE SCARS. MASKS HAVE HELPED WITH NOT HAVING THAT AND WITH THE TEXTURE OF MY SKIN. AROUND MY ACNE MY SKIN LOOKS SO GOOD, WELL MASKS HAVE HELPED A LOT.

* SMILE, BE POSITIVE,BREATHE, AND TAKE A VACATION ONCE IN A WHILE. I TOTALLY AGREE WITH BOBBI BROWN.

I USED TO SOMETIMES SLEEP WITH MAKEUP MAINLY FROM MY EYES(MASCARA,LINER) BECAUSE I WAS TIRED AND JUST WANTED TO SLEEP BUT REMOVING ALL MAKEUP HELPS WITH NOT GETTING WRINKLES, DARK CIRCLES AND WITH BREAKOUTS. YOU CAN TRANSFER THE MAKEUP ONTO YOUR PILLOWS/SHEETS WHICH CAN BUILT UP DIRT AND OIL AND BREAK YOU OUT!

*WITCH HAZEL: CAN BE USED TO SPOT AND CONTROL BLEMISH, TREAT DRY SKIN AND SHRINK BAGS UNDER THE EYES. ALL TRUE MY SKIN STARTED GETTING SO DRIED WHEN I USED AN ACNE FACE WASH AND THEN GOT A TONER WITH WITCH HAZEL AND IT DID ALL THAT. WITCH HAZEL HAS MORE BENEFITS.
