12 STEPS TO SELF-CARE

HELLO Y'ALL SO I DECIDED TO DO A VIDEO ON 12 STEPS TO SELF-CARE AND THESE ARE MORE MENTALLY I GUESS ----LIKE THINGS TO THINK ABOUT AND DO RATHER THAN FITNESS AND NUTRITION, ALTHOUGH THOSE ARE VERY IMPORTANT TOO. I'VE BEEN ASKED TIME TO TIME HOW DO YOU STAY SO POSITIVE WELL I WILL GO MORE IN DETAIL LATER BUT FOR NOW------ I PUT MYSELF FIRST NO NOT IN THE SELFISH WAY. I STAY GROUNDED TO WHO I AM AND TAKE CARE OF ME. FIRST I'M NOT PERFECT AND I HAVE GONE THROUGH SO MUCH TO GET TO THIS POINT IN MY LIFE BUT WHEN I STARTED TO JUST TRULY BE ME AND CARE FOR ME EVERYTHING STARTED FALLING INTO PLACE. I HAD AN IDEA OF WHO I WAS BUT I DIDN'T OPEN ME UP ALL THE WAY. I WAS HOLDING ME BACK AND I DON'T KNOW WHY I GUESS THE IDEA OF GETTING HURT OR NOT BELIEVING I WAS WORTHY OF CERTAIN THINGS BUT IN REALITY I WAS THE ONLY ONE HOLDING MYSELF BACK AND HURTING ME. SO I STARTED LIVING IN THE MOMENT AND IT HAS TRULY OPENED ME UP AND REALIZED NO MORE. OUR LIFE IS TOO SHORT AND BEAUTIFUL TO NOT EXPRESS WHO I AM. I LOVE MYSELF I'M PRETTY SUPER DUPER AWESOME! SO THESE ARE THE STARTING STEPS I TOOK TO CARE FOR MYSELF MORE AND THE REST I'M STILL LEARNING AND DOING ONE DAY AT A TIME BUT I KNOW WHO I AM AND I'M NOT GOING TO HOLD IT BACK NO MORE. SO I AM WORTHY AND I'D LIKE FOR YOU TO SAY YOUR WORTHY BECAUSE YOU ARE WORTHY! DON'T FORGET THAT EVER!
